We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most HMO's,PPO's insurance plans. You can check if you're eligible for coverage on certain items right on our website. You can also call our office for insurance information as well. You may be eligible to recieve supplies at little or no cost to you. With a Doctor's Request and other required documents when services are provided at our facility or delivered to your home we are then able to bill your insurance plan in behalf of you.
When you purchase an item from our website, as per your request, you can receive from us a 1500 billing form that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement to be sent directly to you. Our Customer Service Representatives are standing by to take your order.
